Olivia loves to be in the kitchen and on the counter while I'm cooking or baking. While it does take longer, and I have to be extra careful, it is so much fun to do with her! A couple times now I have gotten all the materials gathered and measured while she napped, so then we could put it all together easier. She is mostly in charge of dumping ingredients in the bowl and stirring. Recently we make zucchini bread with frozen zucchini from the past fall. She enjoyed "sprinkling" flour in the baking pan... and all over the counter and floor.
