Today Henry celebrated his First Communion. The mass at St. Wence was very nice. He was admittedly pretty nervous, but he did a great job!
It was a beautiful weather day filled with family- First at our house with the Sticha side and then in Anoka for the Clark side!
Olivia eagerly put herself in charge of dessert and made cupcakes and flan. Flan is a traditional Mexican dessert. It was a challenging dish to make, but it tasted super yummy. We enjoyed visiting outside while the kids played. We showed Brent's dog Ruger some extra loving because he is sick with cancer and will probably be put down in a few days.
Savannah has the idea to buy Henry bread and wine for gifts. It gave us all quite the laugh.
We sure do love this little guy of ours. Welcome to the Lord's Table, Henry.
