Henry getting sick with Influenza A put a ruffle in our Thanksgiving plans this year. While we were supposed to go to Tom and Kari's house, we ended up staying home. We actually had a great day. We watched the parade and the dog show. We made a meal on the fly with what we had, and it was so delicious! Pat's steak on the Treager stole the show, but Olivia's green beans and my sweet potatoes were great too. We played some games too. The following day, Olivia and I went to my parents' house for the Sticha Thanksgiving. We brought up quite a care package of food for the boys. We also brought Murphy, Brooke and Ryan's new puppy, so that put a big smile on Henry's face. The following day Henry was feeling better, so we all attended the Tuma side Thanksgiving.
