Update

I feel so bad it has been almost a month since our last entry. So much has happened in that time! It was a race to the finish line with completing the house. We did it! Our closing went great, and all is moved in. Boxes are still in the process of being unpacked, and we have a list a mile long of projects left to complete. At least things are on our own schedule now and we don't have to work with a deadline. In the end we ended up under budget and ahead of schedule! It was such inteanse work, more than we could have ever imagined. But in the end we have a beautiful house that we are so proud of, and we have our time back together again to spend relaxing and be with family and friends. We are so thankful for all our blessings!

Olivia has grown so fast! Here are a few recent pictures:

She has been eating solids like a pro! Better yet, she doesn't turn anything down, so hopefully she won't grow up like her father when it comes to food! She was eating carrots, and grabbed the bowl away from me. Of course she was wearing a white dress and no bib! I just had to grab the camera.

She was a big help when it came to packing. I could put her in front of a pile of toys, and she would entertain herself while I loaded up the car. With all the toys to choose from, she picked her sandal to chew on!

Bath time is getting more and more entertaining for Olivia. She loves to splash and grab the water.

She is an expert crawler now too! She enjoyed her first visit up to the cabin on Labor Day weekend.
