It has been so fun lately to watch Olivia's developments. She crawls like a speed-demon, so much that she has blown out both knees in two pairs of jeans. She also motors up the stairs pretty quick. She hasn't shown interest in walking yet. She does behind toys, and all around furniture, but any attempt to get her to go on her own and she drops to her knees to get there quicker.
Over the last month other things have clicked with her also...
- Waving bye bye
- Clapping her hands
- Doing sign language for milk (All done, more, eat, and bath are all in the works and getting close!)
- Pointing to things like when we ask "Where's the kitty?"
- Saying "Uh oh!" (Usually when appropriate... sometimes Pat tries to get her to say it other times since it's so cute!)
- She has developed the idea of pretend, as she grabs our cell phones and holds them up to her ear and chats away.
She has grown in so many ways... Now if only we could get her hair to grow!
