After two years of preparation, Olivia was Confirmed today. She chose the name Therese for St. Therese of Lisieux for her Confirmation name. Her sponsor was Sara Koch, one of her middle school teachers and my good friend. She was confirmed by Archbishop Hebda at St. Domonic's in Northfield. It was a beautiful but hot and crowded service. Then we came back to our house for tacos and an amazing cake Olivia made. (She worked on the sugar flowers for days!)
