This weekend we celebrated our town's annual Dozinky Days. We started with Cruise Night on Friday evening. We joined our ECFE buddies on main street for pizzas. We watched the vehicles, chatted, and the kids ran around playing together. It was a chilly but fun evening.
On Saturday we headed to main street again, first to check out the Zoomobile, then to grab our traditional Czech foods to eat for lunch, and finally to take our seats for the parade. This happened to be the only parade we went to this year, and the kids had a blast. It was so much fun to see their excitement... Henry with the trucks and tractors, Olivia with the princesses, and both of them with getting candy. It was a beautiful day and I'm thankful for this community celebration to look forward to every year.
The kids entertained me with silly faces while we waited for daddy to get the vehicle.
