Halloween

We had a cat and mouse in the house for this year's Halloween. Pat and Olivia attended the annual ECFE Halloween party, but Henry was sick with an icky temp and throwing up, so he and mama stayed home.

Halloween night we had our first of hopefully an annual tradition. Our church hosted a family mass. Olivia was singing in the choir and then we had a light dinner there after. Next we started our trick-or-treating. As always it was a mix of a few neighborhood homes and some family too. Henry was as cute as could be, holding my hand, skipping, and saying "Can we go another house Mommy? Can we? Can we?" Someone was a little excited about this whole knock-on-a-door-and-get-candy thing. :)

Three things about this picture: 1) Olivia is holding her tail in front of her. 2) Their make-up smudged off early in the night. 3) Henry is holding a piece of cheese. I made it a triangle piece with a bite taken out of it, so it looked more like a banana, but it was cheese.

I didn't pose this picture of the cat biting the mouse's tail. Really!
